Every tessera
tells your story.
The first app built for PMOS — the condition formerly known as PCOS. Track your meals, scans, and cycle, and finally see the whole picture.
What Tessera does
A whole mosaic of you, one tile at a time.
Five quiet, considered tools — each a tessera — that piece together what PMOS actually looks like in your body.
Tessera Score
A single warm number that tracks your PMOS reversal progress over time — never a grade, always a trend.
Plate Scan
Snap a photo of your meal and see how it fits your sub-type — insulin, inflammation, and androgen load at a glance.
Face Scan
A gentle weekly skin check-in. Watch acne, hirsutism, and tone shift as your hormones rebalance.
Cycle tracking
Log periods and symptoms — Tessera learns your rhythm even when it's irregular, and shows what's actually changing.
Maya, your AI coach
Ask anything about your PMOS. Maya uses your recent logs to answer in plain, warm language — not a clinical lecture.
A small note on the name
PCOS is now PMOS.
In May 2026, the condition long called polycystic ovary syndrome was officially renamed polycystic metabolic-ovarian syndrome — PMOS. The old name suggested a moral failing of the ovaries that was never accurate. The new one reflects what we actually know: it's a whole-body hormone and metabolic pattern, not a punishment. We built Tessera around that truth.
